At Hellhem’d, every piece is crafted to bring your darkest visions to life—from haunting apparel to sinister props and costumes. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. By placing an order or purchasing in-person, you agree to the following policy:
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom or made-to-order Hellhem’d pieces are created specifically for you. Because of this, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Please double-check all sizing, design details, and customization choices before confirming your order—once it enters the shadows of production, it cannot be undone.
3. In-Stock Items
All ready-to-ship clothing, props, and costumes are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on in-stock items. In rare cases of defects, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Hellhem’d is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers. Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the control of the courier. All sales remain final after shipment. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate—misdelivered packages due to incorrect information are not eligible for replacement or refund.
5. Inspection & Order Review
For in-person purchases, all items should be inspected before completing your transaction. For online orders, carefully review your order confirmation and contact us immediately if anything appears incorrect—once processing begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.
6. Exceptions
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or an error directly caused by Hellhem’d, we may offer a repair, replacement, or store credit. These cases are reviewed individually and handled at our sole discretion.
